Please quiet
OpenMediaVault
Can you put Linux (God’s intended OS) on it?
I have 1 RPI 4 (8GB RAM) running:
On another RPI (4GB) I have Home Assistant
I say bin them. Throw them into the ocean
Does this support bicycles? I’ve got an electric bike which would be cool to keep a record of
I love projects which never include a screenshot. Skipped
I’ve got one, it’s brilliant. Got Tailscale set up on it too
SWAG works perfectly, so much easier. It also handles the Let’s Encrypt certificates automatically - no more having expired domains.
If a service config isn’t available, you can confidently copy another and make a few modifications and have it up and running in no time
Yes, I’m using a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B 8GB. I’m using the Argon Eon case and it serves my needs well. The speeds are slow however, so keep that in mind
It can run a surprisingly large amount of services. I’m running:
OpenMediaVault (the running OS, based on Debian)
Portainer (easy management of installing services through Docker)
SWAG (proxy manager, where I link IP:PORT to each DNS. Automatic Let’s Encrypt too)
Vaultwarden
Immich (ML and typesense enabled)
Jellyfin
Joplin Server
Gitea
Audiobookshelf
PaperlessNGX
Restic + Resticprofile (backups!!!)
There’s still 2GB of RAM left, so I’m looking to self host Firefly III
On another Raspberry Pi 4 Model B 4GB, I’m hosting Home Assistant
I use Restic, for the incremental backups and deduplication. I feel tar balls won’t factor in those two cases.
I’ve got Immich with ML enabled on my Rpi (8GB) along with many other services
There’s an active pull request to add this in. Stay tuned
IMO my opinion I don’t know
Or use Tailscale, it’s quite easy and it’s how I access all of my services
Can I also use RClone with this? I use restic to backup daily, and RClone to back up the repo remotely. Would be great to have it integrated
