I have proxmox running on PC in my closet. So far not a ton of things hosted on it:
Current:
- Minecraft (vanilla) on debian
- Valheim on debian
- A debian VM running some tools (namely dynamic DNS)
Planned:
- Plex!
- Prolly more game servers
