I’m no hardware person but I don’t have redis or caching enabled and it works fine
The answer to your question you didn’t ask is: Immich if you want a full fledged photo library.
You download a compose.yml
file and run docker compose up -d
in the same directory. At first you have to install docker and manipulate the compose file but as you see, you don’t need a degree for docker.
There is. There are multiple. And to install all of them it’s easiest to use docker. You won’t find any program installable via rpm.
Idea: ditch rpm and start using containers.
My install is basically instant. Might be your connection?
Nextcloud is slow and clunky if you run it on a banana.
Run it on a “normal” server and everything is smooth.
Then just use syncthing
Nextcloud notes
And again
I wondered about the sha as well but that’s good if you really depend on that version. Since immich is still heavily developing, this isn’t something I’d focus in the short term. Only if it persists
I’ve been using it since a couple of weeks. I barely use it, I uploaded a lot of documents. It is very time consuming to tag every uploaded old document. It works great! But batch commands are missing and the mobile app isn’t on par with the web version.
Moreover, OSS document scanner and pdf doc scan are great. I’d love to use paperless but I’m not sure if it’s the best solution right now.
The technology has changed and hence the dockerfile and thus the compose file
You call that “blatantly false”?
Why am I the author?
What software is literally made for this?
And correcting it isn’t an option?
I can add as many users as I want to navidrome ?
They aren’t mutually exclusive. They work together. I recommend zerotier over tailscale (I forgot why tailscale was bad for me, sorry)
